Did you try out my Gingerbread Granola? If you liked it then you are going to looooove this Gingerbread Yogurt Bowl. It’s even better with a drizzle of Gingerbread peanut butter. Yaaaaaaasss! Pure, gingerbread heaven.
Gingerbread Peanut Butter
While I was baking up my Gingerbread Granola, all I could think about was how wonderful it would taste with some Greek yogurt. Granola and yogurt is one of my all time favorite snacks. Of course it wouldn’t be complete without a drizzle of peanut butter, especially GINGERBREAD PEANUT BUTTER. Thank you, Wild Friends, for taking two of my favorite foods and combining them. No, I’m not paid to say that. Peanut butter just genuinely makes me happy, especially when it tastes like Christmas!
Not a fan of gingerbread? Is that a real thing?? I’m just kidding. 😉 Wild Friends also makes Sugar Cookie, Pumpkin, and Chocolate Pumpkin Peanut Butter. Yes, you read that right! I know, where has this peanut butter been all my life? I’ve tried the Chocolate Pumpkin Peanut Butter and it is BOMB!
This recipe really couldn’t be easier. Make the granola. Sprinkle on top of a bowl of Greek yogurt. Drizzle with gingerbread peanut butter. Don’t have gingerbread peanut butter? You could use plain peanut butter, but I’m telling ya…gingerbread peanut butter takes it OVER THE TOP! We bought our jar at Fred Meyer.
Okay, are you ready for the “recipe?” It’s not really a recipe, more like an assembly of deliciousness in a bowl.
