If you’ve been following me for a while, you know how deep my love for Trader Joe’s runs. I love their grocery items, their flowers, their reusable shopping bags, and of course, their vibe. Trader Joe’s is basically the cool girl from school that acts all casual about the fact everyone wants to be her. If you haven’t been to a Trader Joe’s, I highly recommend you pack up your reusable bag and get to it! And, there is no better time to visit than Fall. Let me prove to you why.
Trader Joe’s rolls out their specialty Fall items every September and each year is more and more impressive. From pumpkin spice chips, bars, cereal, coffee, cookies and more, to butternut squash casseroles and pumpkin ravioli, and let’s not forget the pumpkin body butter and adorable mini pumpkin decor. Trader Joe’s is the grocery mecca for all things FALL. Not only is their selection the best, but their prices can’t be beat! I’ve listed the prices of all of the items below.
Before I jump into my Fall Favorites from Trader Joe’s, make sure you check out my good friend, Megan’s, post about her Trader Joe’s favorites, too! She’s got the low down from Lentil Pasta to Harvest Sauce. Mmmmmm. It’s a post you don’t want to miss out on!

My Fall Favorites from Trader Joe’s
Fall Harvest Salsa, $2.99
This salsa is a blend of pumpkin, butternut squash, apple and spices. It pairs perfectly with the Pumpkin Tortilla Chips listed below! You could also add it to crock-pot chicken tortilla soup. Perfect for Fall!
Pumpkin Tortilla Chips, $1.99
I love these Pumpkin Tortilla Chips. Dip them in the Fall Harvest Salsa listed above, or use them as a scooper for chili. They pair perfectly with my Pumpkin Harvest Chili!
Pumpkin Spice Granola Bark, $3.99
Granola, chocolate and pumpkin seeds. This stuff is pumpkin crack. Great for snacking on while enjoying a Football game, but beware – it’s easy to finish a whole bag of this at once.
Pumpkin Spice and Apple Cinnamon RxBars, $1.99
I love RxBars and their Fall seasonal favorites are my all time fav! They literally contain what they say on the front of the package so you know exactly what you’re getting in each bar. The flavor is also on point. Another great snack for football games and trips to the pumpkin patch.
Raw Pumpkin Seeds, $6.99
I love snagging a bag of pumpkin seeds at the beginning of Fall to add to my oatmeal, pumpkin breads and trail mix. Pumpkin seeds are a great source of magnesium, healthy fats and fiber. You can also toss them in some coconut oil, add pumpkin pie spices, and roast in the oven for a crunchy delicious snack. Yum!
Pumpkin Spice Rooibos Tea, $3.40
Skip the pumpkin flavored coffee. It’s definitely not my favorite, but this tea?? I drink this stuff all Fall and Winter long. It’s delicious and so comforting on a cold night.
Cut Butternut Squash, $2.49
Butternut squash can be a pain in the butt to cut open. The closest I have come to losing a finger was when I tried cutting a butternut squash in half, but you don’t have to worry about that with these convenient bags of already cut butternut squash. You can microwave the squash in the bag or throw the chunks on a cookie sheet and roast in the oven. Great for adding to chili, soups, as a side or blended to make pasta sauce.
Canned Pumpkin, $1.99
I devour these cans of pumpkin puree. They contain one ingredient – pumpkin – and are great for adding to oatmeal, pumpkin bread, cookies, chili, soups, pumpkin pie, smoothies, you name it!
Canned Butternut Squash, $1.99
Another great option for avoiding having to cut open a butternut squash yourself. I use this can of butternut squash similar to pumpkin – in soups, chili, and sauces.
Baking and Spreads
Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix, $3.99
We recently devoured this pumpkin bread and muffin mix. The taste and texture is fantastic for a gluten-free item. This mix is full of lots of good pumpkin spice but isn’t overwhelming. I spooned a dollop of pumpkin butter into the middle of every muffin. It was perfection. 🙂
Pumpkin Butter, $2.29
This Pumpkin Butter tastes fantastic, although too sweet for my taste if eaten alone. It’s a jelly consistency and contains quite a bit of sugar, but a little bit goes a long way. I added this to the middle of the pumpkin muffins I made recently which was a delicious addition, but it would also be good lightly spread on toast, pumpkin bread, added to oatmeal, or in soup.
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread, $1.99
I’m a big fan of cream cheese but this is literally cream cheese gold. I can’t tell you just how delicious this pumpkin cream cheese is. You could keep it simple and spread this on bagels, toast, muffins or crackers, or be adventurous and use it in place of butter for grilled cheese sandwiches or baked in the center of pumpkin bread.
Pumpkin Pie Spice, $1.99
I always stock up on Trader Joe’s spices because they are delicious and you can’t beat the price! I go through Pumpkin Pie Spice like crazy during the holidays, but also on a daily basis as an addition to my oatmeal.
Ground Nutmeg, $1.99
Another great spice for the holidays at a great price. I use nutmeg when baking holiday treats, but I also recently used it in my Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe. It’s a must have for that recipe!
Fall Dinner Inspo
Fall Zucchette Pasta, $1.99
Are these not the cutest pasta shells you’ve ever seen?? Eating this pasta reminded me of eating Kraft Mac and Cheese with the fun shapes. We like to pair this pasta with the Alfredo sauce listed below. I love how the sauce pools in the pasta shells making each bite an explosion of flavor. You could also pair these shells with my Smokey Butternut Squash Pasta sauce. A perfect match!
Autumnal Harvest Alfredo Sauce, $4.99
This is the best Alfredo sauce I’ve ever tried. I used this on top of the butternut squash pasta shells listed above, but also on top of steamed broccoli. It’s a great way to add a ton of flavor to steamed or roasted vegetables. It’s heavy in fat but a little goes a long way.
Autumnal Harvest Soup, $3.99
There are a few great fresh Fall soups available at Trader Joe’s, but I love the convenience of keeping this one in the pantry for a lazy Sunday when you don’t feel like cooking. It’s a blend of tomato, pumpkin and butternut squash, making it a great source of Vitamin A!
Pumpkin Ice Cream, $3.99
Pumpkin ice cream – need I say more? This may not be the most nutritious choice but we are all about balance and mental health, and this ice cream makes me happy. 🙂 It’s super creamy and bursting with pumpkin spices. It’s also pretty sweet so a little goes a long way.
Pumpkin Ginger Mini Hold The Cone, $2.99
Now, this may be the best pumpkin ice cream choice, ever! The cones are very small so it’s easy to eat a couple of these at a time. The flavor is on point, and the cones are just too cute!
Pumpkin Joe-Joe’s, $1.99
Joe-Joe’s from Trader Joe’s are life. I LOVE all of the seasonal flavors they have, my all time favorite being the peppermint. But, these Pumpkin Joe-Joe’s are a close second.
Petite Pumpkin Spice Cookies, $2.99
How cute is the packaging for these Petite Pumpkin Spice Cookies?? My hubby and I just finished off a box of these. They are the perfect little treat after dinner. They remind me of the pink and white frosted animal cookies from my childhood, but a perfectly spiced pumpkin version.
Pumpkin Body Butter, $4.99
I fell in love with this Pumpkin Body Butter last year. My skin needs a lot of TLC during the colder months so I am constantly slathering on this body butter. The pumpkin scent isn’t overpowering and despite the hydrating oils in this body butter, it doesn’t feel greasy at all.
Apple Cider Foaming Hand Soap, $2.99
This is a new find this year and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve washed my hands unnecessarily just so I can smell this hand soap. The scent is divine! It lingers a little bit after washing and I find myself frequently sniffing my fingers. Thankfully my husband loves this stuff, too, so he understands why I’m sniffing my fingers.
Vanilla Pumpkin Scented Soy Candle, $3.99
This is also a new find this year! During the Spring I picked up the grapefruit candle Trader Joe’s came out with and fell in love with the fresh scent. But, this vanilla pumpkin candle takes the cake for best scent! It smells perfectly of Fall without being overpowering. Strong scents can quickly give me a headache but this one doesn’t.
