Green Goddess Dressing | Oil-Free

These creamy and delicious Green Goddess Dressing is free of mayo, oils, or dairy. Avocado and tahini add minerals and fiber making this a great alternative dressing to store bought brands!

Serves: 4 servings
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 large basil leaves
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. Chiffonade the basil leaves, which basically means roll the leaves together and cut into very small strips.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, add all of the ingredients.
  3. Using an immersion blender, blend all of the ingredients together until no large chunks are left or until you've reached your desired consistency. You can also throw all of the ingredients into a blender, or mash everything together with a fork and stir until everything is mixed together.
